I'm Richard Ma and over the past couple of years, I started noticing that it was getting harder and harder to get out of bed every morning like many people I know. I started to wake up some sort of pain in neck, shoulders, or lower back.
I developed this pain in my shoulder resulted in me not being able to sleep at all, which led to more stress and more pain. I finally decided day to get a massage to see if that would help improve my sleep and get rid of this pain. That massage helped me destress a little and gave me a good night of sleep but the pain returned the next day. It wasn't until I went to get a full body deep tissue massage that the pain in my shoulder started going away. After many sessions with some terrific Massage Therapists over the past year, my shoulder is now finally pain free.
My goal as a Massage Therapist is to help others like myself find some form of relief from the day to day pain and tension that they feel from stress, work and life in general or at least give them a good night of sleep through what I have learned though my massage journey.
