Non-Discrimination Policy

I understand there are situations when it is appropriate to decline service to a client because it is in the best interests of a client's health, or for my personal safety, but I will not refuse service to any client based on age, race, disability, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, marital status, physical build, or sexual orientation; religious, national, or political affiliation; social or economic status.

Draping Policy

You will be fully covered with a sheet at all times with only the body part being worked on uncovered.

Hygiene Policy

It is expected that you will be showered or bathed prior to your treatment session.

Sexualization/Harassment Policy

do not provide sexual massage! Any misconduct or inappropriate behavior in that area will result in the immediate termination of the treatment session with full payment due.

Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give me 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the HALF the amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

 

Payment is due at the end of your session.

I accept cash, all major credit cards, PayPal and Venmo.

Illness Policy

Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived.
